Plenty of stylish solo seats exist for the home customizer looking for a no-frills place to rest his backside, but only Biltwell’s Thinline solo seat offers adjustable spring-mounting hardware technology to make installation on custom choppers a little bit easier. As you may know, if the spring bungs on your chopper frame don’t align with the threaded studs on the bottom of your solo seat, easy installation is practically impossible. Biltwell has addressed this design shortcoming by allowing the carriage bolts on the bottom of this solo seat to slide inside two channels so you can fine-tune their location relative to the bungs on the frame. The result is a solo seat that fits as good as it looks. The Thinline solo seat features a stamped steel pan with raised ribs and Biltwell anvil branding for beauty and strength. Its satin black electroplated finish is both rugged and stylish. The molded polyurethane foam padding is thin yet comfortable, and follows the kicked-up shape of the Thinline pan perfectly to provide support for your backside. Carriage bolt hardware for mounting the springs and seat hinge is included, and the rugged hand-stitched vinyl cover is available in two upholstery styles: radial tuck and roll and smooth. Available with black covers only, or as a raw pan with molded foam for custom upholstery or leathercraft.
